Good day, I'll be in Saint Petersburg this coming Monday. I'm on a ship right now and we'll be having cargoes from Saint Pete. I will just ask if there is snow already in SP? And I'm planning to have a really quick tour in the city, is that possible? What spots do you suggest? Thanks.
